Scientific Rx: Your physician can treat you effectively. If someone is holding out for a "natural / holistic / herbal / ayurvedic" remedy, i appreciate their good intentions but evidence-based scientific medicine is what you need. If it's this bad, you may be put directly on Isotretinoin -- not pleasant or risk-free, but hugely effective; or systemic tetracycline and a topical may be enough.

Deep infection: You could have a persistent hair follicle infection that requires drainage and/or infection with mild steroids to offer you relief. Additionally, sometimes, an oral antibiotic may be required for severe enough cases. Please bring this lesion to the attention of your physician/dermatologist.

DON'T give up: When acne is severe, usually a dermatology consultation is required and a strong rx like Accutane puts the disease at bay in a few weeks. Much of what you hear and read about acne is not true, but it is always manageable with 21st century medicine. These rx's are strong and you must comply, and must communicate with your physician. Good luck.
