Pimples between my breasts including a new one which is hard and not movable. what could cause this?

Needs doc visit: It might be a sebaceous cyst if it is not painful , which is caused when the duct of the sebaceous gland is blocked. Occasionally it can become infected. If it was another part of body i would not worry but because it between breasts i would get it checked to rule out other breast diseases.
