Relatively few: These would be more local surgical issues such as bleeding or infection or scarring at the site of the donor and implanted hair follicles. The procedure is called an autotransplant, so the new hair would not be rejected. Of course it may not meet the cosmetic expectations of the patient and look terrible, as well.
