Depends on what: You mean by lazy eye: is it a droopy eyelid or crossed eye or eye that doesn't see well? There are treatment options for each.

That depends: Lazy eye has many different meanings and it depends what you mean. In medical terms it usually means an eye that can not be corrected fully with glasses. Many people use it for an eye that has a stronger prescription than the other eye, some use it as an eye that does not look straight. I would discuss with your ophthalmologist your options based on your definition of lazy eye. Good luck!
