Skin: Unfortunately without any more information there is nearly no chance to give you a valid answer. What is the color? Do these itch? Are they growing? Do you have any other symptoms. Skin is very hard to diagnose and to describe online. Skin conditions are diagnosed visually. They must be seen to get an accurate diagnosis. If these spots are itching, changing or growing you may need to be seen.
