Temperature: Might be a pregnancy indicator but it does not diagnose pregnancy. A pregnancy test is the way to accurately determine if you are pregnant.

Difficult to say: Temperature isn't a super reliable method for detecting pregnancy. Best is just to wait until it's time for your period, and take a urine pregnant test. That will provide the most accurate result.
