Infection: It could be that you have a yeast infection, or possibly bacterial vaginosis. Neither of which is an std. You could also have an std. If it were me, i would go to doctor and get checked out, just to be sure. The swelling implies that the body's responding to something causing inflammation. Best to find out what's causing the inflammation.
