Colds forever: 1) infants are notorious for catching "cold" viruses repetitively such that it seems as if they have a perpetual cold - are they in daycare? Use Normal Saline flushing. 2) is congestion and coughing related to food intake - could be reflux symptoms. Please see your pediatrician.
