Tell them...: Tell them that you are suffering and then be prepared to explain what you are experiencing. It is alright to ask for help.

Start with therapist: And then you can work on how best to approach your parents with the news. You might be pleasantly surprised that your parents are supportive or not. But at least you can have the support of a trusted therapist if you think telling your parents is going to be controversial or stressful. I wish you well.
