Diet is a good: Component of healthy nutrition and healthy nutrition typically means eating lots of fruits and vegetables that contain essential nutrients and vitamins. So yes in a way, but no there is no super food or super fruit or veggie that make one heal "faster", however a diet that is unhealthy may make things heal..Slower. We are all so different and fractures of the foot is a very general category.
