Restless Legs: There is a condition known as restless leg syndrome. While it can be its own disorder, it may also be a manifestation of an overlying illness such as diabetes. In any event, the symptoms can be treated by prescription medication. If an underlying cause exists, your doctor should identify and treat that as well.
