This could be a lot: Of things. This sounds like a gastrointestinal disease. Have it checked out by your doc. There is no easy answer and your doc may need to obtain some testing after history and physical. Does not sound like something that can wait.

Doctor exam: If you have severe abdominal pain you should see your doctor soon. Diarrhea associated with abdominal pain is likely not serious, but sometimes it can be an aggressive bacterial infection so an eval by a physician is necessary. The breast pain is probably not related, but the exam can help to narrow down the problem. Good luck!
