If I recommended: Giving up one of the two, i'd stop smoking. Your hair loss is genetic, but inhaling toxic fumes and carbon monoxide can't be healthy for hair growth or anything else! unfortunately, masturbation doesn't grow hair on your head or your palms. Dandruff, however, can be cured by use of good dandruff shampoos like tegrin, selsun blue, or others. Use rogaine (minoxidil) for hair loss--now available without rx.
