Possibly, not likely: You might do a home test, or see a doctor or obgyn for an evaluation. It is a bit early, but women in their forties may be beginning menopause. Sometimes there are years of irregular periods before they stop. Sometimes that irregularity results in getting pregnant if it makes you think you are no longer fertile. A visit to the doctor can tell you more.
