Possible: But not part of sjogren's syndrome is an autoimmune disease affects secretory glands may have contributed to fall of hair. Also consider the the medications ( chemo ) you took before and current medications could be the cause , speak to your doctor.

Yes: Some of my patients have experienced hair loss in the setting of sjogren's, but it occur as well from the medications we use.
