It May: Chromium picolinate is highly adsorbed so people like it. It seems to help with blood sugar regulation. Problem is that some research show it is cancer-causing. Either limit your intake or look for chromium polynicotinate which is safer. If you are taking for blood sugar or weight control, don't forget that exercise is even more potent.

None reported...yet!: Check out http://www.Mayoclinic.Com/health/drug-information/dr602269/dsection=side-effects & http://www.Drugs.Com/sfx/chromium-picolinate-side-effects.Html which both state that no side effects reported w/chromium picolinate. However, this assumes a good manufacturing practice leading to a clean product w/o any contamination. Dietary supplements don't have 3rd party oversight to monitor process.
