More info, pls: The color of discharge is not diagnostic. Pinkish discharge in pregnancy can indicate imminent labor and is better known as bloody show. Otherwise, it may indicate some bleeding out of the vagina. Although it may normal as well. Mid cycle bleeding, known as mittle schmertz is another uncommon cause of such complaint.
