What are the signs of bowl cancer?

Worried-see your doc: If you are concerned - particularly if you have a family history of colon cancer - talk to your doctor. Blood in the bowel movement, tarry black stools, anemia (low red blood cell count) that might show up as shortness of breath or fatigue, narrowing of the actual stool are all potential signs/symptoms. But a colonoscopy is the test one needs if it seems likely! good luck. Lgromkomd.
