Depends: There are quite a few types of hysterectomy. If you had a laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy you could take a bath right away because you only have small incisions in your abdomen. If you had a vaginal or abdominal hysterectomy, most doctors are going to recommend 10d - 4 weeks. I don't think there's harm in taking a bath sooner rather than later. Keep your wound(s) clean and pat dry.

Varies: Different surgeons give different directions. I allow my patients to shower and or bathe in the tub starting the day after surgery.

After 6 week check : Unless you had a supracervical hysterectomy, i usually tell my patients to do no more than a sitz bath (2-3inches of water) until I have inspected the vaginal cuff at the 6 week check up. Same answer for sexual activity.
