Bit complicated.: Frist off - when you have your period is usally not the exact same date of each month because the length of months vary. To count the length of your menstrual cycle - you use the first day of your period as day #1. If you had spotting vice full periods and you have been sexually active then pregnancy is a possibility. Take a pregnancy test to find out. Take care.

Interval?: What was the interval between periods? Was it your usual cycle of about 28 days? Or was it 10-14 days? If the latter , you may be pregnant. If the former, it's normal.

Not likely: In general it is best to double your pills the next day, when you skip a pill, but ovulation
will probably still be suppressed. Check a pregnancy test before starting your new pill pack just to make sure.
