Does cofee effect your growth ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No (urban myth): There is no data to support coffee stunting your growth (this myth grew out of a concern that caffeine may be a risk factor for poor bone health, it is not if there is enough calcium in your diet). Caffeine is an appetite suppressant - you do need to eat to grow! it seems reasonable to limit coffee intake in growing kids, however there is no data to suggest it is harmful in small amounts.
