Not a good plan: Breast augmentation should be done to fit the patients body. Very large implants can cause ptosis or back pain. In addition the skin and muscle muscle be able to accommodate the volume.

XL breast implants: Breast implants are used to augment the breast. Going to a very large implant can result in some irreversible tissue damage and long term complications. It may or may not be possible to go that large in one stage.

Depends: It depends on the tissue integrity and measurements of your body. Very large implants can weaken the skin and predispose you to ptosis or drooping later on. Discuss with your plastic surgeon.
