Off Label Use: While the fda has yet to approve drugs specifically for premature ejaculation (pe), there are medications that are used that are for other problems. Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (ssris) are known to delay time to orgasm. Prozac, zoloft and Paxil (paroxetine) exhibit the greatest amount of delay. If the medication is taken regularly, it is critical to taper off as a withdrawal syndrome can occur.
