The pregnancy count: Begins with your last period - so the first two weeks you definately won't have symptoms. Classic pregnancy symptoms don't begin until you have actually missed your period. So it your period is normally 28 days, then you wouldn't have classic symptoms for that period of time. You could experience something like implantation bleedind.

A 18-year-old female asked:
When do most women experience their first pregnancy symptom?

2-4 weeks after sex: A woman of childbearing age who has some nausea (with or without vomiting), some fatigue (feels less energetic), a sharper/stronger sense of smell, mild soreness/swelling of her breasts, and maybe some food aversions and cravings... could be pregnant. Symptoms can occur before missing a period. She can do a urine pregnancy test 1 week after missing her period, to see if she will have a baby.
