Many ways: A physician will need to know more about the cause; namely potential triggers, onset/duration, nature of the rash, more about your medical history etc. before offering advice. See a dermatologist if you have not already. Rashes are not just annoying, but can cause long lasting damage and discomfort and can herald serious internal disease. Good luck!
