?Difficult at age 45: Ideally best to delay 3 days between sex acts o maximize sperm concentration in semen. Start on 12th day after 1st day of period & again 3 days later. Consider consulting fertility specialized if u have been trying for 6 months or more. Your fertility window is near to closing at age 45, however fertility experts can often work wonders. Good luck.
