Healthy: Diet and exercise with weight loss. Avoid toxins such as alcohol/tobacco/heat/trauma etc. Don't know if your semen are normal or not, can't tell over the internet, but they're probably normal and don't need to do weight lifting and sit-ups to get stronger. If you're really concerned, see your doctor and find out if a semen analysis is indicated.
