Is it possible to have a birthmark on your brain?

Confusing question: A birthmark would something visible on the skin in the newborn period. There are birthmarks, like the port wine stain that may appear on one side of the face that may signal a vascular lesion in the blood vessels of the brain surface. While i would agree it is linked, by convention it is not called a birthmark. Other marks like white or brown patches can be linked to other brain growths.
