Many cysts: It simply means there are multiple cysts on your ovary. If cysts are small, it can be a normal finding. It can also be seen with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). By itself, it doesn't mean too much but may have significance in the context of another diagnosis such as PCOS. If the cysts are grapefruit sized, surgery may be necessary. Best wishes!
