Eczema or intertrigo: Scented soaps can cause this issue in people with sensitive skin or a history of asthma or seasonal allergies. Use unscented soaps only such as dove unscented bar soap or aveeno (oatmeal) skin-relief bodywash to prevent this issue. Take quick, lukewarm showers instead of baths. Also use hypoallergenic laundry detergents. Consult a dermatologist for a prescription to treat the irritation.
