????: Nosebleed and gum bleed is not common in pregnancy. It sounds more like you need a good evaluation , especially if you find you are pregnant! see a doctor.

See a doctor: Bleeding gums and nose bleeds are concerning for low platelet count or bleeding disorder. They are not normal complaints in pregnancy. Please see a doctor to be evaluated and make sure you don't have a blood disorder.

Well: First off - classic pregnancy sxs don't begin until you miss your period. Second - many of these are not classic pregnancy sxs. So although you may or may not be pregnant - the sx complex is not likely due to pregnancy.

Pregnant?: I would take a home pregnancy test. They are very reliable. If positive see your obgyn if not and no period wait two weeks and take another. If your period appears then no you are not. Be sure to practice safe sex always.

Bleeding gums indicate gum disease, not pregnancy. It is an inflammatory/infective process. Please see your Dentist. Referral to a Periodontist may be in order.
