Some confusion: Did your gyn test you and tell you that there is too much estrogen? Most doctors don't believe this theory, since it has no medical research behind it. Most people who promulgate it are self serving. Anyway, the conversation about "estrogen dominance" is usually centered around the symptoms of menopause. Don't worry about this subject, it's not real.
