I've had soft, frequent diarrhea since csection on 3/5/13. ct showed attenuation mesenteric fat. mri unremarkable. possible diagnosis and tx?

Possibilities: After surgery there is inflammation from tissue damage that may cause frequent bowel movements (might explain the fat "attenuation"); this will resolve with more time. If you took antibiotics that can also affect your bowel habits and taking a probiotic (most are safe in breast feeding) can help normalize stool. If this persists you should get stool samples analysed for infection or c dificile.
