A member asked:

My wife is 30 years old .should she take vaccine against hpv or did she become overage for the same .

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Only to age 26: The vaccine is only approved to give through age 26. While it likely would not be harmful for her to have it, the window of opportunity for it doing her any good has passed by the time you get to her age. Best now she just have routine pap tests to screen for cervical cancer. Get your hpv vaccine while you are young, preferable before starting sexual relationships.
