Various options: Given length of the symptoms, you should see a spinal specialist who will evaluate you, examine you, get imaging studies including xrays and possibly MRI (if warranted based on your exam) then arrive at a diagnosis as to what is causing your symptoms. Conservative treatments including nsaids, physical therapy, home exercises, and even possibly neurodiagnostic injections may also be needed to help.
