Unlikely: If you are regular in your cycle and you are sure it was the first day of your menses, it would be very unlikely for your to get pregnant. You ovulate 2 weeks before your period, and once your period starts, the egg did not implant and you would have to wait for the next egg to be released before you could get pregnant. Hope this helps.
