Relax?: As always a new pain or symptom should trigger a call to your doctor's office for an appointment. That said, a common cause of neck or jaw pain is muscle tension/spasm, which could be due to stress, poor sleep, muscular strain. Treat heat, relaxation techniques and make sure you're getting plenty of sleep.

Get checked for TMJ: Disorder, muscle strain , arthritis etc. Decreased erection could be a sign of low testosterone. U may take otc tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin and apply warm packs for now. Take care!
