Depends: If your one partner has had only one partner, your risk is essentially zero. If your one partner has had many partners, your risk goes way up.

HPV: Hpv is acquired through sexual relations. While it is encouraging you have only had one partner, you need to realize your partner could be a carrier and not know it. If he has had multiple partners the chance of him being exposed is higher.
