That is hard to say: From given information. If not ovulating at all it's not gonna happen, that's where an egg is released. Depends on her age, whether her tubes are open, and whether ur semen is ok. U can get a semen analysis, check ovulation predictor kits. Sometimes a couple of months on the pill will allow ovulation if used and stopped; look up polycystic ovarian syndrome if no ovulation but no menopause.
