Pregnancy after BTL: Your options are a tubal reversal or ivf (in vitro fertilization).

Not impossible: Tubes can reconnect and a normal pregnancy can result. More likely is that the sperm will get through but the fertilized egg can't resulting in an ectopic pregnancy, which is dangerous and a medical emergency. On the other hand, if you want to get pregnant your options are a tubal reconstruction (rarely done these days) or an in vitro ("test tube") conception.
