No doubt: You can die from drinking too much water but it's unlikely. Untreated atrial flutter usually causes a heart rate of 150 which is annoying for most people and, over several months, will weaken the heart muscle leading to heart failure. Blood clots can form inside the atria increasing the risk of stroke. Don't mess with atrial flutter - it needs attention.
