can you please tell me why it'sthat acne only occurs on certain areas of the face and not others?

Not true: Acne can completelycover the entire face. You may only have it in the t zone due to the distribution of your inflamed oil glands, but many patients have it all over to include the jawline. Under the chin, or the contouring of the face.
