Exercise, supplement: Both physical and mental activities probably help with early memory loss. The latter include puzzles, word games, and keeping up with the daily news. Some supplements might help too, like ginko biloba. It's always good to consider seeing a doctor, though to see if something serious might be causing memory loss (strokes, etc).
