Not safe: It is not safe you may get nausea/vomiting.Lightheadedness, hallucinations, can cause liver toxicity, dry mouth.And you may get sick and need to go to er.It is not a good idea and can be addictive as well due to the combination of alcohol and dextrpmethoephan.
