Was wondering what illesses would cause right rib pain and urinary tract infections?

Depends: If the "rib pain" is in the back, this may indicate that your kidneys are infected. If in the front, these may be unrelated. If you have recurrent UTI discuss prevention strategy with your doctor (hydration, peeing immediately after sex, etc).
