What do you recommend for smoking cessation?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Lots of support: Qutiting tobacco is very difficult. There are alot of options out there to help you quit. Non prescription methods include the patch, gum, and nicotine lozenges. These are available over the counter and are very helpful for most. Other options that require a prescription include Chantix and zyban (bupropion). In any situation, good support is key. Try contacting your local tobacco quitline.
