Record likely 8: I believe the "octomom" who delivered 8 living offspring at one time holds the record for births in a single year.Her pregnancy utilized in vitro implantation and lead all to need hospital care. I don't see many wanting to go after that record anytime soon. I believe the doctor who helped her was sanctioned by his professional board.
