How common is it to not have a regualr period after stopping the ortho evra patch?

Not normal.: If your periods were irregular before starting on the patches, then they will most often go back to being abnormal once the patches or birth control is stopped. It can take 4-6 weeks after stopping birth control for your body's hormones to get 'back on track'. If menses don't start again after 6 weeks, you may want to see your doctor.
