Feels like something is zapping my inner ear! it's like static in headphones but i get it without headphones on! what is wrong?

See your ENT doctor: See your ENT doctor. It could be as simple as a small hair rubbing on your ear drum. But you do not want to poke a hole in your ear drum trying tom get it out. Could also be an infection, or tinnitus- which is from latin for ringing bells. See a professional.
