Possibly cryosurgery: Heavy vaginal discharge when cultures are normal may be related to your cervical anatomy. Occasionally when the cervix has a large squamocolumnar zone it responds by producing heavy mucousy dc. Cryosurgery in office is the most common treatment for this.
